5. Koshihimo
Movie
- Holding on to the collar end with your right hand, tie a soft tie Koshi-himo around the upper part of your hip bone.
- Bring the center of your Koshi-himo to the center of the front panel, Mae-chushin, and wrap tightly around the hip bone twice.
- Entwine the ends twice and tie firmly.
- Cross them at the knot, and then tuck them under the Koshi-himo itself.
