 It is used to shape the roundness of the sleeve.
Patterns are made of metal or cardboard. The metal patterns are available in small rounded shapes, and the cardboard patterns in several types from 1~11.5cm.

Choose a pattern that is smooth and well rounded to obtain an efficient and beautiful finish on the rounded sleeve. You can also make a pattern in size of your own choice with cardboards.

As shown in the illustration, draw a 1/4 circle on thick paper and cut along the roundness.
